Avinash is a practicing barrister who was called to the Mauritian bar in January 2016. He worked at the Chambers of Mr G. Bhanji Soni until April 2018 and has been involved in litigation matters covering various areas of the law.
Avinash joined LAWLINE in 2018.
He has assisted and conducted litigation cases and issued legal advice involving Corporate and Securities laws, Insurance Law, Banking law, Land Law, Civil and commercial Disputes, Employment Law, amongst others. Avinash is a member of the UK Honourable Society of Middle Temple. He also holds a membership from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) and has graduated in the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS). He is also STEP qualified in Anti-Money Laundering and acts as Money Laundering Reporting Officer for the firm
